He practices with the Estate Planning & Administration group in Ottawa.
Travis first obtained a bachelor’s degree in Journalism at Carleton University where he was awarded a number of scholarships and awards including the University Medal in Journalism for the student with the highest overall academic standing in the journalism program.
Before commencing his legal career, Travis combined his passion for writing and baseball as a web columnist covering the Montreal Expos as an accredited member of the media.
Travis subsequently attended law school at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ont., earning a place on the Dean’s List as well as a number of awards in public law, constitutional law, criminal procedure, insurance law and conflict of laws.
He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008 and joined Soloway, Wright in 2009.
