Kenneth is a partner at Soloway, Wright and is a member of the Litigation and the Labour and Employment Law practice groups. He was called to the Bar in 1991 and has broad litigation experience.
Ken's practice concentrates on commercial litigation, particularly as it relates to commercial disputes, insurance matters, commercial tenancies, professional malpractice and construction issues.


Ken's practice concentrates on commercial litigation, particularly as it relates to commercial disputes, insurance matters, commercial tenancies, professional malpractice and construction issues. Ken prides himself on his keen understanding of business realities in his representation of the firm's clients. Ken appears before all levels of the Ontario court system, and various provincial tribunals, including the Commercial Registration Appeals Tribunal and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as well as private arbitrations and mediations.

Ken practices primarily with the Litigation group in Ottawa, however he regularly works in collaboration with Soloway, Wright's other practice groups in conducting his litigation and dispute resolution on behalf of his clients.

Ken received his B.A. (Honours) from York University in 1986 and his LLB. from Queen's University in 1989. He joined Soloway, Wright in 1993.

Ken is a member of several legal organizations and has recently acted as chair of the Legal Division of the United Jewish Appeal and was a member of the United Jewish Appeal's Cabinet. Ken is a member of the County of Carleton Law Association and The Advocates Society.
