Dan specializes in business law with special expertise in the purchase and sale of businesses, shareholder, co-tenancy and partnership agreements, incorporations, financings and securities law. Dan practices with the Business group in Kingston.

Dan was called to the bar in 2002 and joined Soloway, Wright in 2003. He is a graduate of Queen's Law School and also has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen's University.

Dan is a member of the County of Carleton Law Association, and the Frontenac Law Association. In addition to his practice responsibilities, Dan is a football referee.
