 Luc Bourque
joined Soloway Wright in June, 2005, after practising for several years in Toronto and Ottawa. He specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate, including land development, financing and leasing, and has acted on behalf of property developers in the purchase, sale, development, joint venture and financing of commercial properties and condominium projects.
Luc was called to the bars of Nova Scotia in 1997 and Ontario in 1999. He received his B. Sc. (Honours) in Microbiology in 1991 and LL.B from University of Western Ontario Law School in 1995. He is currently a member of the Real Property Executive for the OBA Real Property Section.
